I’m not a professional athlete, can I still work with you?

Absolutely! Everything we do is tailored towards you. No matter what level you compete at, what you have available to you, or what your preferences are, our role is to make sure you get the same expert nutrition as the Professionals.

When should I start thinking about my nutrition before a fight?

The earlier you get on top of your nutrition, the better it will be for your performance!As a rule of thumb for camps, the ideal amount of time is 8 weeks, however, we can also accomodate for shorter time periods if needed.

Are Female Weight Cuts Different?

Yes. Because hormonal changes can lead to additional water retention, some traditional weight cutting principles can be extremely dangerous for Females.We always make sure to track weight changes during your cycle as well as change our weight cutting practices to make sure you are making weight safely.

Can I use private health?

As all of our team are Registered Dietitians, you will be able to claim back on any membership or meal plan

Can I get a meal plan to help me lose weight?

Absolutely, although the more support you get as part of the membership will guarantee results, if you would like to just get a standalone meal plan, we can organise that as well!

How much weight can I lose?

It will always depend on your body composition, what weight you need to get to, and what your weigh in times are.

For context, on fight week, most fighters will lose 1-5% of their bodyweight for same day weigh ins and 6-10% for day before weigh ins.

Should I wait until fight camp to join the membership?

The earlier we can get on top of your nutrition, the better! Joining the membership just for your fight camp is ok, but joining early means we can guarantee you feel 100% in fight camp instead of having to rush to make weight.
